A long story behind this simple bowl of Maggi noodles.

A bunch of us were on a trip covering parts of north India. We left early morning from Srinagar and reached Chopta in the same evening. Hungry souls we had become after traveling the entire day non stop.

At Chopta, we stopped at place where we would eventually crash for the night. Asked the guy what he had to eat, and he said noodles. This was the first bowl that we consumed. Another one was consumed after this. We wanted more, but he refused. The best tasting Maggi noodles ever. I am not exaggerating. Cooked on firewood and surely for more than two minutes, this simple meal was heavenly.

We finished it in two minutes or less. That was our two minutes of bliss!
